These Chloe boots highlight the over-the-knee boot trend from the Fall 2009 runways. They are flat so they avoid the “vixen” look that over-the-knee boots sometimes have. They’re best worn with skinny jeans or leggings tucked inside with a complimentary top. Some short dresses may work with them for a boho look. You want to wear them in a way that extends your legs without any breaks, so go for neutral colored bottoms. I particularly love the Chloe version as they are in leather and come in a variety of great fall colors. (Tip: If you buy suede boots make sure to be careful not to wear them in bad weather.)
